Premium water-based, siloxane water repellent for use on stucco, concrete, masonry, brick, wood, mineral plasters, natural and artificial stone and various porous materials. Penetrates deep info porous materials. It acts as waterproofer which keeps the substrate from absorbing water and dirts, thus, preventing it for algae fungi and mildew occurance. Once dried it allows the substrate to retain natural texture and looks with water beading effects.
